Cross sells

Cross sells are menu items that appear alongside other menu items, for example, if you would like the customer to have the option of adding a cold drink with their burger. Cross sells are managed via the cross sell manager and are added to a menu item when it is created or updated. Click here to find out how to add and update menu items.

How to add cross sells to your menu

Click on the Cross sells link below the Add item button. Once you click the link a dialog box will appear.

Add the label of the cross sell group in the first form field, for example “Add a drink”. Next choose the items you would like to appear in the group and click “Add Group“. The new group you have created will appear. Click submit to save your cross sell groups.

How to remove cross sells

Click on the Cross sells link below the Add item button in your menu. Once you click the link a dialog box will appear.

Click remove at the bottom of the cross sell group would like to delete. Click the submit button and your cross sells will be saved.
